Temporary farm hand

Starting late April or early May for approximately 3 weeks

Wage: $17.20 per hour.

Location: 640 North Russell Road and 1259 Yorks Corners Road.

Details: We are looking for temporary workers to help us during the May tulip season. You may be asked to pick tulips for bulk orders, plant seedlings in our flower field, help u-pick customers in the wrapping station, prepare supplies, and whatever else may need to be done. Some tasks may require carrying heavy things, bending, or standing for long periods of time. There is always something to do around a farm!

Hours: If you have any hours in the day that you are available from sun up to sun down, we welcome your application. In the past, we have had students work before or after school as we can be flexible around school start and end times. Other employees like to work longer hours on weekdays or weekends. We are particularly in need of workers who can work mid day and mid week. You must be willing to commit to at least 6 x 4 hr shifts over 2-3 weeks. We will match our staffing needs to each staff’s availability.
